Provided design support for an Australian NDIS provider, focusing on enhancing their digital presence and conversion funnels. I executed high-impact landing pages and social media assets, ensuring all new touchpoints remained strictly aligned with their established inclusive-living brand identity.

Project Overview
Optimizing Digital Touchpoints for NDIS Services
ILSAU is a specialized provider of inclusive housing and support services in Australia. My role was to support the core design team by bridging the gap between their established branding and new marketing initiatives. This involved designing performance-driven landing pages that simplified the complex process of NDIS housing applications for participants and their families.
Beyond new page builds, I was responsible for audit-based corrections to existing web elements—improving visual hierarchy and accessibility across the site. I also led the creation of a suite of social media assets designed to communicate ILSAU’s mission of independence and empowerment across various digital platforms.

Final Result
Seamless Brand Extension & Enhanced Web Presence
I successfully delivered a series of web and social assets that felt like a natural extension of the ILSAU brand. By refining landing page elements and optimizing layout structures, I helped create a more intuitive navigation experience for users seeking essential disability support services.
This project demonstrated my ability to step into an existing design ecosystem and provide immediate value through precision and consistency. The resulting assets provided the ILSAU team with a cohesive, professional visual toolkit to support their outreach and community engagement efforts across Australia.
